Our regions

Seadrill manages its operational business in a Western and Eastern hemisphere operating structure.

The Western Hemisphere is made up of the Americas, Mexico and Brazil, whilst the Eastern Hemisphere is made up of Africa Middle East and Asia and Europe. The remit of the hemispheres is to manage their overall businesses including general management and cross functional decision making.

This structure allows improved communication and co-ordination across our business by creating an efficient, standardized and cohesive organizational structure that is scalable.

Liverpool Global Shared Service Centre – As a global partner to the whole business, this Centre of Excellence is home to around 170 people working across IT, Finance, Accounting and Human Resources. Their expertise underpins Seadrill’s ongoing global activities, and delivers a wide range of administrative services including IT, accounting and invoice processing, HR management and recruitment.

In the heart of Liverpool, on Mann Island, our offices provide a fantastic work environment and city views for our team. It’s a lively and collaborative environment, with a diverse bunch of people from all over the world.

London Corporate offices – Located in Chiswick Business Park, our corporate office hosts Senior Management along with departments such as Legal, Marketing, Treasury, Tax, FP&A, Health and Safety, Supply Chain and Governance teams.

The office provides access to amazing amenities in the surrounding area, including restaurants, cafés and bars.
